Support we will give:
- 1. Support is only given in the forum. We do not provide support via email.
- 2. The hours of the forum are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST except major US holidays, occasional monitoring of the site and forum will be performed outside of business hours.
- 3. Fixes related to bugs or problems directly related to Joomanager or any other extensions, templates provided on Joomanager.com
- 4. Installation issues
Support we will not give:
- 1. Customization or fixes on third party components, templates or any extensions.
- 3. Localhost issues
- 4. Moving from server to server
- 5. Customized Joomanager code (templates, modules and component), Joomla template code
